Pickup:  Most of these tours depart from various popular hotels - or pick-up points near those hotels. You should call the supplier at least 24 hours prior to tour commencement to reconfirm all tour and departure details.  The contact details will be listed on your voucher.

Pricing Policy:

There is a $6 per person booking fee added to the rates given for each tour

          Cancellation Policy

	Tours can be cancelled up to 5 days prior to the scheduled date of the tour. In this case, charges will be refunded in full minus a $20 cancellation processing fee.
	Tours cannot be cancelled after this 5 day period - in these cases, and in the case of a no-show - no refunds will be issued.

For every confirmed booking you will be sent a voucher which is to be presented at the destination.
